As a member of the Asia Hospitality Human Resource Association, I declare that I shall:

• Subscribe to the aims of Asia Hospitality Human Resource Association and be bound by its constitution.
• Recognise and accept the dignity of an individual as human being, irrespective of religion, language, caste or creed
• Maintain high standard of integrity and behaviour demanded by the Human Resource Profession
• Conduct myself as a responsible member and committed to the achievement of Asia Hospitality Human Resources Association goals
• Take keen interest in the establishment of healthy Human Resource practices and the development of the profession
• Try to win confidence and gain respect of employers, employees and stakeholders and make myself available to them to provide formal and informal intervention to resolve industrial conflicts
• Endeavour to enhance the good name of ASIA Hospitality Human Resource Association in dealing with other professional bodies, government departments, and respective employers’ and employees in organisations.
• Cooperate in maximising the effectiveness of the profession by exchanging information freely with other members
• Not allow personal interest other than professional matters pertaining to the Association. official work
• Not to disclose any information of confidential in nature that I may acquire in the course of my membership with ASIA Hospitality Human Resource Association without obtaining consent from the President or Deputy President and not use confidential information to be used as personal gains.
• Will not accept or offer any improper gratification in any form or manner whatsoever in connection with or during my membership with ASIA Hospitality Human Resource Association.
• Will not take or acquiesce in any such action which may bring the Association/or the membership into disrepute.
