The ASIA Human Reosurce Associaiton offers program for all individuals of the society through our various center of excellence dedicated to a community. Each center plays a pivotal role in creating opportunity of employment of individuals withing the Industry.
The ASIA Center of Tourism & Technology was launched on 30th September 2021 by the President of Malaysian Tourism Council. The Center has sucessfully coducted 20 webinar series for the year 2021 and concnetrates on knowledge excellence among practioniers of tourism within ASIA and the center is located at ASIA e University Malaysia
The Malaysian Hospitality Training Center offers two types of programs mainly the Hospitality Internship Job Placement Program and the Community Hospitality Career Program.
HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP JOB PLACEMENT PROGRAM (HIJPP). The HIJPP is designed to provide JOB opportunities to Malaysian Youths from the 35 listed locations.
The Community Hospitality Career Program is designed with specific associations in Malaysia. Two of such associations are the National Cancer Society of Malaysia and Yayasan Atlelt Kebangsaan Malaysia (YAKEB)
The YOUTH HOSPITALITY CAREER CENTER offers program to youths in every state in Malaysia through DHS partnership with the respective Universities in Malaysia from Perlis to Sabah. Programs offered mainly focuses on the Food Service Industrial Attachment Program and Hotel Industrial Attachment Program.

The INDIAN YOUTH HOSPITALITY CAREER CENTER was launched on 14th July 2022 in collaboration with TAMIL MALAR daily. The center objective is to assist Malaysian Indian Youth to seek an opportunity to seek a CAREER in the hospitality Industry in Singapore.

The WOMAN HOSPITALITY CAREER CENTER was launched on 9th July 2022 in collaboration with Humanity of Work to assist single mothers, B 40 ladies to seek a CAREER in the Hospitality Industry through DHS sponsorship programs.

The Nicsmann Interntional Center Of Excellence is a collaboration between DHS Hospitality Academy and NICSMANN Group that specializes in lifestyle restaurants to offer sponsorship for Malaysian Youth to undergo training and placement in Food Service Operations. A total of RM 600,000 worth of sponsorship is available.
